Admissions Coordinator Provides single point of entry for in-patient admissions. Duties include phone triage, addressing requests for services and possible crisis intervention. Answers inquiry calls with regard to hospital services and bed availability. Facilitates and coordinates assessment and/or admission to Highland services when appropriate. Must hold a Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or other related field of study or Registered Nurse. Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends. Registered Nurses (RNs) Works with a treatment team to assess and provide services to individuals with a psychiatric diagnosis; Administers medications and follows all physician's orders in accordance with established hospital and licensing agency protocol; Provides education/explanation to patients, families, and co-workers regarding medication usage/ maintenance, side effects, patients' rights, as well as other topics necessary for optimal patient care. Experience in psychiatric nursing preferred; knowledge of and experience with psychotropic medications. Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) Works under a qualified professional nurse; Participates in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing caret; Cooperates with the members of the nursing and medical staff and other hospital departments. Experience in psychiatric nursing preferred. Human Resources Generalist Responsible for providing expertise and support in the following areas of human resources administration: policy and procedure, employer/employee relations, compensation administration, HR strategy, government compliance, and employment law. Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Three to Five year's experience preferred. National HR Certification preferred.
