Kenna Homes Corporation Administrative Assistant (Temporary position) 01/09/2018 Job summary: Under the direction of the Facility Manager, the Administrative Assistant will provide support to our employees and stock holders, assisting in daily office needs and managing office operations to ensure efficiency. The Assistant will support long term, general and day-to-day operations, administration and facility management of the corporation. This position will require various daily clerical functions. Reports to: Facility Manager Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To assist Facility Manager in the efficient execution
and programs and services required to effectively run
the day to day requirements of the corporation
- Organize and execute office operations
- File management
- Inventory management of office supplies
- Report generation and management of key financial
- Act as point of contact for internal and external clients

Qualifications required:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office administrator
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency is MS Office
- Knowledge within Peachtree/Sage accounting a plus
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving
- Excellent writing and verbal skills with the ability to multi task
- High school degree required but higher education a plus
